懇親会チケットの販売について

懇親会への参加は本ページでの申し込み、および、チケット購入が必要になります。

懇親会チケット（名札）はイベント当日、大展示ホールにて販売いたします。 イベント当日の15:00までに懇親会チケットを販売所にて購入してください。

15:00までに引き換えがなかった分については、15:00から当日チケットとして販売いたしますので、
あらかじめご了承ください。

領収書の発行は可能です。必要な方はチケット購入時にお申し付けください。

注意事項

酒類の提供について

未成年者への酒類の提供はいたしません。成人の方のみへの提供となります。
成人の方も未成年者へ飲酒の強要等をされないようお願いいたします。

名札着用のお願い

懇親会会場へ入場される際は名札の着用をお願いいたします。
名札を紛失した、捨ててしまった場合は懇親会への参加ができませんので、大切に保管、着用をお願いいたします。
（未成年者の方は名札をお渡しする際、シールをつけさせていただきます。）

事前決済のお願い

懇親会について当日の混乱を避けるために、 事前決済手段を提供することとなりました。

もちろん、当日現金で受付もいたします。

こちらの事前決済はconnpassですでに「参加」となっている方のみがお使いいただけます。

なお、connpassでの懇親会予約と同様、当日の15:00を以て受付されていない方はキャンセルとさせていいただきますのでご了承ください。

事前決済をしていただきますと購入確認メールが送られますので、当日懇親会受付にてそのメールをご提示ください。

About sales of social gathering tickets

Participation in the social gathering requires application on this page and ticket purchase.

Party tickets (namecards) will be sold at the large exhibition hall on the day of the event.

Please purchase a party ticket at the sales office by 15:00 on the day of the event.

A receipt can be issued. If you need it, please tell us when you purchase the ticket.

Precautions

About providing alcoholic beverages

We do not provide alcoholic beverages to minors.
Adults should not recommend alcohol to minors.

Wear a namecard

Please wear a namecard when entering the after party.
If you lose your namecard or throw it away, you will not be able to participate in the social gathering.
(For minors, a sticker will be attached when handing over the namecard.)

Other

The following people do not need to apply for a social gathering. Please cancel when applying.
